The German logistics company has chosen SEGRO Park Wrocław, Bierutowska as its first location in Poland. The client will start operations at the facility in October 2023.

SEGRO Park Wrocław, Bierutowska is a logistics park located in the north-eastern part of the city, 12 km from its center. The advantage of the location is the proximity of the exit road leading to Warsaw and the immediate vicinity of the Wrocław ring road. Convenient access is also provided by Wrocław's public transport. The logistics park is distinguished by the high standard of the space offered, as well as the operation in accordance with the pillars of the Responsible SEGRO program, which sets the standards for SEGRO's operation on the warehouse market.

GILOG, a logistics company belonging to the Pfenning group, will occupy part of the park with an area of 10,000 m2. Warehouse logistics and e-commerce implementation will be carried out in the warehouse, as well as additional services such as packaging and picking orders. The total area of the warehouse park where GILOG has leased space is 35,000 m2.

Frank Oelschläger, Managing Partner and Founder of GILOG GmbH says:

“We are happy to be able to grow outside of Germany with our business partner. Trusting us as a service provider is proof of the quality and efficiency of our services.”

Martin Königstein, Managing Director of Pfenning Logistics says:

“The excellent infrastructure of the selected location combined with GILOG's in-depth e-commerce expertise will provide significant added value for many retail and consumer goods businesses in the future, such as fashion and sports, electronics and food.”

Joanna Janiszewska, SEGRO Regional Director says:

“We are glad that GILOG has chosen SEGRO Park Wrocław, Bierutowska for its first location in Poland. We are convinced that our cooperation will contribute to the development of the company on our market. We wish our new client much success.”
