SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the flagship SEGRO park in Central Europe, located on an area of 85 ha. The modern logistics park is located in the center of Poland, in close proximity to Łódź - only 20 km from the city center and directly next to the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw) and 6 km from the Łódź Północ transport hub, which is the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is equipped with chargers for electric vehicles and hybrids, and also has amenities for employees, such as relaxation zones. Each new investment in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is created with the ecological BREEAM certification with the EXCELLENT rating in mind.

CAT LC Polska is an experienced logistics operator belonging to the international concern Groupe CAT based in France. In Poland, the company has been serving customers since 1994, offering comprehensive logistics services. CAT LC Polska has been running business in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków for ten years, and the space it occupies is used as a logistics platform that is an integral part of the nationwide CAT LC Polska delivery network. In addition to this location, the company also rents warehouse space from SEGRO in SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ożarów. The total area used as part of the SEGRO portfolio in Poland is 22,300 m2.
