Privacy and cookies

Located in the town of Le Thillay (95), 12 km north of Paris, the SEGRO Center Le Thillay benefits from a privileged location between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Le Bourget airports, in the immediate vicinity of the RER D stations. Goussainville and RER B Roissy-CDG and major roads towards Paris and the north of Île-de-France (A1, A104, A3, N104, D317).

This building, with a total surface area of 25,200 m2 , is divided into 4 independent cells; each offering approximately 5,830 m² of activity spaces and 234 m² of new offices meeting RT 2012.

David Nirlot, Site Manager of the Solina Group, commented:

Finally, this building is built according to the latest CSR standards, in terms of insulation and energy saving. It is therefore fully in line with the Solina group's Sustainability approach. »

In line with SEGRO's Responsible SEGRO social responsibility program, this new urban distribution center was built according to the latest architectural and environmental standards. This is characterized by the choice of construction materials with lower carbon emissions (with a 100% wooden superstructure for the office part), an approach which aims to reduce the quantity of waste from the design stage and to improve the management of residual waste, development of wooded areas, the creation of a wooden living base allowing the improvement of the quality of life at work and the reduction of energy consumption. The building, certified BREEAM “ Very Good ”, was designed to have the lowest possible environmental impact.
